Bayfield Riders 4-H club is a project based club with members ages 8-18  involved with horses, goats, poultry, rabbits, swine, cattle, dogs, shooting sports, cake decorating and leather work, to name a few.   We also have Cloverbud crafts for our younger kids (up to age 8). We annually hold a petting zoo for local preschool and elementary schools as well as sponsor county wide clinics for horse skills.  We meet on the second Monday of each month at the Bayfield Lions Hall on Church street at 6:30.  Please come join us if you are interested in participating in 4-H.

4-H Clinics: This year's horse clinic will include  English equitation, jumping, barrels and poles, and roping.  Dates coming soon.  Please look in the 4-H HUBS for updates.  Open to members and leaders enrolled in 4-H.

Weekly group lessons:  available and rotate through various show and gymkhana classes starting in April through August, and even through the winter for those who wish to continue.  Participants are divided by ability level and placed in groups of no more than 6 kids.  Lesson prices are $20 and lessons are open to enrolled 4-H members.   Group lessons are available at both the Durango Fairgrounds and at Dawn's house in Bayfield.
